On behalf of the Virginia Reelers Square Dance Club of Charlottesville we would like to welcome to our web site. For nearly 50 years, the Reelers have been "dosadoing" and making waves in schools and halls throughout Central Virginia.

 

We started dancing in January 2007 as a 'date night'. Movies and dinners out were getting expensive and we were looking for an activity we could do together, have some laughs and make new friends. Square dancing was the perfect choice. We started with mainstream classes and then moved on to plus and now we're not only graduates and official members, but co-presidents! Who would have thought? Our fall classes begin September 16 and the first class is FREE!
